A great last minute dessert which children can make.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • Agave/Honey
  • Raw Cocoa Powder (I use chocchick powder)

Optional additions:

  • Cinammon
  • Dates

Method

 

Great way to smuggle Avocado into your diet or your children’s or have a healthy pudding.

 

  1. Take one avocado half place in a bowl and mash with about two teaspoons of raw chocolate powder or a good quality cocoa and voila – chocolate mousse.
  2. Place in fridge ready to serve. You can also serve this back in the avocado shell and then repeat with the other avocado.

    You can add some honey, sugar or agave syrup if you need or even a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.

    3. I have also soaked some dates with water or veggie water and then mashed it up into a paste and added this as a natural sweetener.  Usually about 1 teaspoon per avocado is enough but you know your own taste buds.
